The opinions and views set out in the articles are those of the author(s) only and do not necessarily reflect the official opinions and views of any institution. The Editorial Board shall take reasonable steps to identify and prevent the publication of papers where research misconduct has occurred, including plagiarism, citation manipulation, and data falsification/fabrication, among others. In no case shall the journal or its Editorial Board encourage such misconduct, or knowingly allow such misconduct to take place. In the event that the Editorial Board is made aware of any allegation of research misconduct relating to a published article, the Editorial Board shall follow Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines [1] in dealing with allegations. The Editor-in-Chief, members of the Editorial Bord and reviewers of Strategos oblige themselves to keep the content of received manuscripts confidential.
